and if i made a comic about them making a blog for the weird demon dog they found in the woods just because they are being brainwashed by it and it told them they need to spread the word of what word they don’t even fucking know?

#i really won’t do it since 1 i don’t know how to make comics and 2 i don’t have time to do it and i’m busy #but i could try it maybe idk just because i’m bored and would be my first comic i guess #i don’t wanna do my finals #kino art #like it totally was smile who find them and that dog probably has another name in my au with them totally isn’t smile her name #and the first one of course to seem very convincingly manipulated was nina since it was her idea taking the dog. but also #jeff since he like it at the end even if it was a weird ass looking dog #so nina got brainwashed don’t know how because the freaking dog is weird and she said hey…#and if we made a blog for her? and jeff so weirded out and be like… why? and she’s like well i don’t know would be funny scare people #so still unconvinced smile had to dig into jeff’s brain also manipulate him and be like yeah alright maybe we should #so they went kill some college student stole their car and stuffs. they aren’t the most intelligent killers #oh but nina knows how to drive. jeff no won’t even try because he knows he would drive them both to their deaths. he so would #so yeah nina does know (kinda) how to drive so it’s all cool. jeff gets to use the stolen computer and don’t care if he deletes everything #and same for the phone but since he never got an iphone or any advanced phone nina teaches him how to use the new stolen phone #so uhhhh yeah got a bit far from that. they hacked the computer (they didn’t it was their luck it didn’t have a password)#so their dumbasses were like wait… what we were gonna do and then was like oh yeah! the blog!#they went back to the freaking dog took a very ugly picture in some abandoned house they will stay there for a while #since they were homeless for now. anyways took the picture of the demon dog and used it for #their blog and yeah did it scare some people thinking wow that’s a good photoshop but no one knew was a real haunted picture #and jeff be like hey… let’s send the photo to scare the friends of the person we killed and both they be like hehe alright that’s funny #at the end well they did enjoy making the stupid blog and scaring people with the picture they thought it wasn’t real and just a bad prank #from the… real demon dog they literally own (in reverse the roles here to be honest but they are stupid they don’t know)#while not knowing what even is that picture causing around the internet aaand… probably just probably they cursed to death some people #but for now they are too happy they have a job at least. with smile just watching them #lol this is too stupid WHATEVR #i would be a happy child in me while writing all of this shit in class idgaf #creepypasta #jeff the killer #nina the killer #smile dog

chmieldogs polish red headcanon catapulted me back into 7th grade and to the girl from my wood shop class whom i talked to, among other things, about tv shows we liked. it's such a blur of memories tbh

#the really cool thing about art classes in college was that once i finished the actual work i could kind of just do whatever #so they had these sample images that were loaded onto every computer in the lab for art students #and one of them was a bear peeking from behind a tree #and one day i finished up the work and opened up that picture of a bear in photoshop #and i was like 'by god i will make this bear green'#and i did. the teacher hadnt really taught us that yet but through the power of internet tutorials and experimentation i did it #the professor comes over halfway through and looks over my shoulder 'what are you doing'#me: 'making a green bear'#him: 'did you do the work?'#me: 'yeah here' and i pulled it up #he was like 'oh cool. nice bear'#anyway sadly i do not have my green bear anymore #but man i was so proud of that #it was so good too no artifacting or anything i did such a good job on it #i mean i could recreate it probably but it wouldnt be the original

i have a course where we have to send a homework to the prof by e-mail every week and then we get a short feedback from him. last week i didn't get any feedback so i asked him briefly during this week's homework whether he got my mail. now the dude said he didn't get it and “in dubio pro reo”, i'm allowed to “miss” class twice anyway like in face-to-face seminars and maybe it's in his spam folder. and like??? there is no fucking “dubio”. the mail is in my sent-folder. it was sent. i didnt "miss” class. if you think it could be in your spam folder…then..…just check if it is?????? bro how am i supposed to make sure now that he gets my homework in the future?? just check your spam regularly like normal ppl. boy i hate incompetence

The “Gen Zs/Millennials are like this” posts are so funny to me because 99% of the time they lack the nuance of the fact that there’s a disconnect between older and younger people within every generation. Younger teens in Gen Z who only ever knew 2010s tech and TikTok aren’t gonna have the same technological experiences as early 20 somethings in Gen Z who had the chance to be children without TikTok and with 2000s/early 2010s tech.

#there was this post about Gen Z not being able to use computers and I’m like what I took technology classes all through-#elementary / middle and high school!#we learned internet safety from an early age as well!#like they must be talking about younger Gen Z and Gen Alpha lmao #this is just my personal experience tho!

fun fact time guys I'm a Linguistics major (language and linguistics bachelors of science if we wanna get specific), a major where we get to look at a dissection or midsagittal MRI scan and determine what sound the person was producing and ponder over whats really different between babies acquiring language and language models doing the same (hint: a main one is that if you feed a database of language to a brand spanking new toddler and freshly popped out language model, the baby can produce some sentences that are syntactically correct and some that aren't, but the language model can only produce syntactically correct sentences and if it tries to create gibberish it just creates fake words but uses them in the correct context within the syntax tree)

and while i'm in this major because i genuinely enjoy it, the REAL answer as to how i got here in the first place is much better

short answer: autism

long answer: when i was 16 or so i did a cosplay of the winter soldier from marvel, and while i was working on this cosplay i wanted to make the notebook with his trigger words in it, which are written in russian. I could've just looked them up online and copied them in writing but i thought it would also be cool if i could sat stuff like здравствустие to people while at the convention id be wearing this to, so i took to duolingo, intending to only learn enough Russian to be able to say hi to people and write (and maybe read if i was being ambitious) the trigger words in the journal. So that I did, but as the cosplay came and went i did not stop learning Russian and this escalated to me buying a Russian textbook and studying Russian obsessively in my free time to the point that i actually surpassed the required knowledge for Russian 1 and placed into Russian 2 when i started university, and i enjoyed it so much that i decided to become a Russian major. This eventually changed to a Linguistics major as I enjoyed the scientific study of the phenomenon of human language even more but I'm still taking Russian as my required language of focus.

this is all a thinly veiled excuse to dredge back up a photo of Крокодил Гена next to Shoestring (i own Крокодил Гена because i watched the cartoon Чебурашка to learn Russian when i was starting out and got a plushie from it for my birthday one year)

anywho here they are

Additional fun fact I was originally going to be a theater costume design major but then the linguistics thing happened.

all this 2013 internet reminiscing is unlocking forgotten MEMORIES… so here’s some lore: when i was 12-13 years old i was running a percy jackson fanpage on instagram like the NAVY. i had 16,000 followers and i would make graphic design edits (painstakingly, lovingly edited on my ipod touch) and i would make sure to post every morning before school because i noticed most of my followers were from another timezone 😭 anyway, i stopped running the page when i started seventh grade because i moved to a new school and wanted to focus on my grades 😭
